Regarding ticket sales

• Tickets will not be refunded except in the case of cancellation or postponement of the performance.

• We may ask for your identification upon entry, so please bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Please refrain from purchasing through any channels other than the official purchase route.

• We have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries regarding problems with resold tickets on the internet. When purchasing tickets, please be sure to check whether the site is the official ticket sales site. Please note that the organizers, artists, and their management companies cannot be held responsible for resold tickets.

Regarding the day of the performance:

• Taking photos, videos, or making audio recordings using cameras, video cameras, mobile phones, or other recording devices is prohibited inside the venue.

• Failure to comply will result in data deletion, confiscation of all equipment and film, or, in serious cases, expulsion from the premises.

• If you do not follow the instructions of our staff, you will be asked to leave the premises for security reasons.

• If you are a wheelchair user or require assistance, please contact the relevant department for each performance in advance.

• Please refrain from waiting for performers before or after the event near the venue or on public transportation, as this will cause inconvenience to others and also poses a risk to infection control.

• When you arrive at the venue and when you leave, please cooperate by going directly to and from the venue without stopping anywhere else.

• Please be aware that video and photographs of the venue, including the audience, may be made public.
